To exercise this right, you simply need to notify us with a clear statement before the deadline expires: by completing the <a href=\"https:\/\/goodvapes.gr\/en\/my-account\/withdraw-order\/\"><strong>withdrawal form<\/strong><\/a> here on the site (you will receive an immediate confirmation by email), by phone on 210 975 8886, or by email at info@goodvapes.gr, quoting your order number. If you wish, you can use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After your notification, you must return the products to us within 14 days at the latest, to this address: Good Vapes, 5 Anexartisias Square, 16345 Ilioupoli. The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the consumer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will refund all the amounts you paid, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days at the latest of the day we are informed of your withdrawal. The exception is any additional cost if you chose a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard method we offer. The refund is made using the same payment method you used, unless we expressly agree otherwise, and at no charge to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you show us that you have sent them back.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please return the products in their original packaging and with all their accompanying accessories. You are liable only for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In that case, the reduction is deducted from the amount refunded to you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that were unsealed after delivery, such as e-liquids, flavor shots, bases and nicotine boosters, as well as coils and pods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you ordered a product together with other products as part of an offer (e.g. 1+1), you will be asked to return the other products included in that offer as well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Defective Products and Legal Guarantee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All products are covered by the legal guarantee of two (2) years from delivery, in accordance with Law 2251\/1994 as in force. If a product has a defect or does not match its description, contact us as soon as possible and we will repair or replace it free of charge. If this is not possible, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund. The shipping costs for products proven to be defective are borne by our company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The legal guarantee does not cover damage resulting from accident, negligence or misuse, nor the normal wear of consumables (e.g. coils and pods) through use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you received a product you did not order, let us know and we will replace it immediately at our own expense.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For any returns or replacement issue, contact us on 210 975 8886 or at info@goodvapes.gr.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some products bear a special sticker confirming that they were purchased from our store.
